Dr. Rosenfeld was a family physician before training in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). He completed Sub-specialty training in IBD with a Master’s degree in Clinical Epidemiology. He is Co-founder of the IBD Centre of BC, a charity established to provide clinical care, research and education of patients with IBD and their families. He is currently the chair of the Digestive Health Centre of BC. His current research interests are in diagnostic techniques and monitoring of patients with IBD as well as epidemiology of IBD.
