Shelby Friesen is a Registered Nurse who graduated with a BSc in nursing from the University of Victoria in 2021. She has since been working in various acute care settings such as organ transplant and women’s surgery. She has been involved in the IBD community over the years and is excited about combining her nursing expertise and her interest in IBD to help individuals manage their disease and reach their health goals. She is passionate about patient-centered care and health promotion.
